By using Odo you agree to these terms.

The service

Odo is an independent companion app that reads data from your Rivian account. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rivian. Data, costs and estimates are provided for information only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Subscription

• Odo Plus costs $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD, plus applicable taxes), billed in advance by Stripe or by Apple if purchased in the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from Settings › Manage Subscription (Stripe customer portal) or, for App Store purchases, in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. Promotional codes and trials are subject to the terms shown at checkout.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for having the right to access the Rivian account you connect. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access others’ data, or reverse engineer it.

Disclaimers

Odo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Odo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
